The Mission
Born from my own three-year struggle with debilitating chronic back pain during my professional tennis career, my mission is to provide the clear path to recovery that I never had. I guide high achievers from feeling helpless and limited by their pain to feeling empowered and confident in their bodies. Through a holistic 12-week program, we bridge the critical gap between temporary relief and true, resilient performance, allowing you to get back to living a limitless life.

The Performance Reclamation
Stop Negotiating With Your Body. Start Reclaiming Your Performance.

Every morning starts with the same question: “What movement is going to set my back off today?” For high achievers, chronic pain isn’t just a physical ache—it’s a constant negotiation that shrinks your world, disrupts your sleep, and stalls your productivity.
The truth? Your back isn't fragile. It’s underprepared.
Most practitioners treat back pain as a structural failure—something broken that needs protecting. At Strive Performance, we recognize that your pain is a loading problem, not a structural one. When you bridge the gap between initial rehab and the actual demands of your life, the pain loses its reason to stay.
The 12-Week Transformation
We help driven professionals move freely and escape the cycle of chronic pain in 12 weeks—spending just 30 minutes a day—without surgery, painkillers, or endless therapy appointments.
-
Move Beyond "Protection": Stop avoiding movement and start building a system that can handle the load of a high-performance life.
-
A Dual-Layer Strategy: We address both the physical loading and the nervous system recalibration required to turn your back from a liability into an engine.
-
The End of the "Rehab Loop": No more relying on temporary relief from massages or pills to get through the day.
I built this for the version of me who just wanted a normal day again—before I realised that 'normal' was just the starting line.

Meet the Founder & CEO
Anushka Bhargava
My promising career as a top junior tennis player was cut short at 17 by a three-year battle with chronic back pain and the frustrating lack of a clear recovery plan from specialists. That devastating experience drove me to earn a Master's in Exercise Science to find the answers I never received. Today, with over 10 years of experience, I use that unique personal and professional journey to help professional athletes and high achievers, break free from the same cycle of pain. Having guided hundreds of clients in overcoming their injuries and achieving their performance goals, I provide the effective, long-term plan needed to move beyond physical limitations and reclaim a life of high performance and confidence.
